OPT (Offshore & Plant Technology Service Co., Ltd.) was inaugurated in
July, 2005 under the leadership of Dr. Daniel C. S. Ahn (Chairman/CEO) and
Mr. S. J. Uh (President/COO).

Our mission is to provide our clients with valuable consulting services for
international marketing and project management in order to promote business
opportunities associated with an expansion of offshore oil and gas projects and
industrial facilities in the Asia-Pacific area, the Middle-East, and West Africa.
